Using the state-of-the-art metal manufacturing equipment, VBR has a full-service, in-house metal shop, which allows us to carefully create and monitor our own metal roof systems.

Our German-made precision metal forming equipment is run by a crew who enjoy more than 25 years experience designing, forming, welding and finishing metal roof panels, cornices, valleys and flashing for a wide range of projects.

We offer a wide range of profiles in a variety of metals, including copper, stainless steel, aluminum and Galvalume. Roof panel profiles include:

24 gauge Standing Seam Metal roof system manufactured and installed by VBR technicians

Inch and a half Mechanical Lock Standing Seam Metal Roof System in Award Blue over nailboard insulation.
